SNOWSEEKERS SKI CLUB
2013 TRIP DESCRIPTIONS
DEVIL’S HEAD, WISCONSIN
January 11-13-2013
Our lodging is at the Devil’s Head Resort Lodge. The Lodge is located at the base of the ski area. This trip includes two night’s lodging; two full day’s lifts; two breakfasts; two lunches; one dinner; all taxes and all gratuities. A pre- dinner get-together for Snowseeker overnight guests is scheduled at Dante’s Restaurant on Saturday. A complimentary drink and appetizers will be served from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. After dinner, Dante’s Restaurant is also reserved for Snowseekers (cash bar) from 8:00pm to 10:30pm. We will have our own server for this event.
There will be a charter bus for the weekend (at an additional round trip cost of $35.00). Beginner lessons are free to first time skiers/snowboarders. Ski and Snowboard rentals are $22.00 per day. Flier
One Day trip
BEAVER CREEK, COLORADO
January 26-February 2, 2013
We will fly to Denver, CO., and then take a charter bus to our lodging in Beaver Creek. This trip will feature ski-in/ski-out lodging in two bed/two bath condos. The name of our lodging is Borders Condominiums. Our five day interchangeable lift ticket is good for any of the five ski days for Beaver Creek, Vail, Breckenridge, Keystone, and A-Basin. A sixth day lift ticket purchased at least 45 days prior to the trip (not available after arriving at the Resort) will be available. A midweek get-together and final group dinner are also being planned.
STEAMBOAT, COLORADO
February 23-March 2, 2013
We will fly to Hayden Airport (a short shuttle ride to Steamboat). Seven nights lodging at The Ranch Condos in Steamboat will be our home. Three bed/three bath condo units are planned. Baggage handling and a welcome reception are included. A mid-week get together and a final group dinner are being planned. Five day lift tickets are included in this trip (a sixth day may be pre-purchased prior to the trip).
All Western trips include:
• Condominium accommodations; minimum occupancy
• R/T airfare, O’Hare to Denver, CO., for Beaver Creek, and Hayden, CO. Airport for Steamboat
• Round trip ground transfers between Airports and Ski Resorts
• Welcome reception
• Baggage handling at the resorts
• 5 day lift tickets (a sixth day ticket may be pre-purchased, at least 45 days before a scheduled trip)
• Mid week get-together
• Group pizza or progressive dinner
**IMPORTANT—When traveling as “land only”, using your own scheduled airfare, please note that any changes in your arrival and departure times (including any changes to the Snowseekers Ski Club group air itinerary) may cause you to miss the scheduled ground transportation. In that case, you will need to make your own arrangements for ground transportation to and/or from the ski resort.
